I have struggled with the instillation of pinned hinges. Epoxy is too messy and hard to insert into the hinge slot and Elmers wood glue may not hold.
I have used Gorilla glue for Depron foam and find it very strong but it expands 3-4 times as it cures. You must pin, tape, or clamp the parts to prevent separation. So I thought that Gorilla glue might be perfect for securing pinned hinges. I placed a small amount of white Gorilla glue on the hinge slot then on both sides of the hinge…

This is Nine Eagles Solo Pro - single rotor micro heli (comparable to Blade msr but cheaper). It is very stable and also rather aerobatic on high rates. The batteries are cheap. The weight is low so hard to break. Kit includes 2.4G radio system.
