Avery Magnetic Sheets – no more lost little metal parts

 

Dennis Brockberg suggested a neat idea to prevent small screws and nuts from rolling off your work table – a magnetic mat. I found “Avery Magnetic Sheets” at OfficeMax ($14 for package of 5 – 8.5 x 11 inch sheets). These are used to create your own refrigerator magnets. Two sheets stacked together seems to hold small screws best.

It you are tired of loosing small metal parts – try it.

Good idea.... let's see....I'd need to get about 40-50 sheets to cover my floor around where I'm building. :)

 

And then place one about 10 feet away from my building bench to catch that one that seems to go that far....
