Installing small ball links can be a frustrating activity. Our hands are just too big for these small parts. I saw a "ball link installer" at Guru-Z heli and found that I could use medium fuel tubing very effectively to secure a small 4mm ball and screw for easy instalation. Try it.
Luck,
Vince

I had difficulty removing the small (3 mm) ball links on my micro heli with the standard ball link pliers.
I bought a small ball link pliers (Align model H25070T) from experiencerc.com . This works well with the small balls.
Cost $5.81 and $3.43 USPS priority shipping.

Depron foam is useful for creating R/C airplanes - light weight, strong, easy to cut and minimal dust. It is available from RCFoam.com along with lots of useful products. Have a look.
