repair lipo balance wires

HowTO - repair balance wires on lipo battery.

I have several lipo batteries with broken balance wires. I think that my heli canopy fits tightly and bends the wires. So I opened the end of the battery and re-soldered
the wires and then secured the thin wires with a large glob of hot
glue. I also, proactively, hot glued my other lipo batteries to
prevent these thin wires.
