RC Flight Simulators

Fellow Flyers,
I found a couple of cheap but good flight simulators.
Icarus EasyFly4 starter edition W/ controller for $40 on Ebay.com (Windows or MAC).
ClearView download for $40 but you will need your own controller.
I have a Dynam 6 channel USB controller so I bought ClearView. It works very well but not quite Phoenix (at $130). You will need a good computer with Windows Vista or Win7 and a decent video card.
